SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR
Job Responsibility:
Handling outgoing incoming letters and calls.
Managing Director’s affairs, ranging from arrange business meeting, appointment, presentation & advertising materiel, and make travel arrangements.
Provide administrative support and assist other managers that related to Director’s duty when needed.
Ensure highest confidential level when dealing with all matters.
Requirements:
Female, max 30 years old
Minimum D3 from reputable Secretarial Academy or University
Have minimum 2 years experience as Secretary and profound knowledge on Secretarial duties, preferably from Stockbrocking/Securities company
Good command in English ( oral & written )
Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
Pleasant and excellent personality, discipline, honest, also highly motivated individual
Have capability handling multi task and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
